6.1 Drumoak Housing
John Hopkins is waiting a
response from the formal request, for a copy of the section 75 Agreement,
concluded with Stewart Milne (Action: John Hopkins) (July Update: Section 75
Agreement received after some chasing, confirming information already known but
establishing a precedent for section 75 Agreements being in the public domain)
6.2 Drumoak Public Hall
The question of
ownership/responsibility of Drumoak Public Hall is nearing completion. It is
highly likely that it is owned by Aberdeenshire Council. Final discussions are
in progress. John Hopkins has been
requested to encourage more use/activity via Newsletter and internet. (Action:

6.3 Proposed Crathes Development
Development
brief still on ‘track’, but slow. A
summary of the outcome of the public meeting will be prepared and circulated to
attendees and others with concerns. It
is also intended to start recruiting working groups to cover:-
