There
remains a vacancy for Crathes, and it is agreed that
in view of potential movements away from the area any willing recruits should
be co-opted – irrespective of parish strengths.
The
organisation proposed and agreed at the AGM was confirmed and the following
office bearers were agreed

Community
Council Forum: Next meeting Feb. David Morrish will attend
Mineral
Extraction in Drumoak: Sandy Wallace is compiling
a dossier of concerns within his Ward and this will include the mineral
extraction in Drumoak. Carry over to next meeting (Action: Sandy Wallace)

It was agreed to encourage a joint meeting of the three school boards to
exchange views and co-ordinate their actions. (Action Hanni Willan)

The youth shelter is now built. Grateful
thanks to Eric Clark & Duncan Wight. Now endeavouring to get grant monies
from Aberdeenshire South. (Action

The Multi sport pitch needs to be progressed
soonest. Planning Permission and Contract
commitment needed by end of
March (Action

10) Meeting with Christine
Gore David Morrish David
Hirst and Donald Keith met with Christine Gore and Willie Munro to explore how
relationships between A/C and CCs might be improved and the efficiency of the
planning service enhanced. Meeting was a cordial affair of generalities and no
specific issues were brought forward.
11) Draft Code of Conduct Agreed drafting was inconsistent and should
respond. It is considered a more effective method of achieving the same result
is by standing order attached to Constitution. (Action

brainstorming exercise result of which will be compiled and circulated (Action
