    1. Park Quarry Sandy Wallace noted that Bill Howatson is following up on the reporting issue of the monitoring group

      2. Continuing to seek supportive letters to Minister for Enquiry

      Fruitful meeting with Mike Rumbles – support promised.

      Sandy Wallace was unable to arrange mediation between Chap and neighbours.

      Agree to follow up on file access with W Munro

    2. Brodiecountryfare – reporters judgement awaited

    1. 13th August deadline for comment on proposed changes to ALP David Hirst will arrange for Duris comments.
    2. Reminder on Community Plant Orders. Agree to place article in newsletter and speak to Alex Watson
    3. Various letters – no action required.

    1. Diamond Wedding – Mr & Mrs Gordon 85 Keith’s Muir Gardens Agree DK to arrange flowers and card on behalf of CDDCC.
    2. NDR footpath to Drum Crossroads Sandy Wallace has a an estimate from Roads Dept - £60000 – needs further invetigation.
    3. Accounts – JH presented an update of finances for CDDCC and DYP03
    4. DYP03 first major fundraising a great success – approx £1600 raised on fun auction.

    Discussions held with Steve Welsh AC will look try to combine with a pitch for Banchory Academy.
